SHIPPING & RETURNS
PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Our goal at Fifth and Ivy is to ensure you are completely happy with your shopping experience.
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- All sale items are FINAL SALE.
- You have 21 days from the date the order was placed to return a product. Please carefully inspect a product upon arrival to ensure that it's what you ordered and has no defects.
- If you're returning a product for any reason, the returned product must be in its original condition with tags attached, free from any wear, tear, washing, damage, or alterations. This includes but is not limited to perfumes, odors, animal hair, stains of any kind (i.e. makeup/deodorant).
- If a product is returned for any reason, all original tags must be attached in order for you to receive a refund.
- Please include your packing slip in your return package.
- Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise in satisfactory condition and should be credited back to the billing method you used to pay, usually within 7-10 business days. Once a refund request is processed we cannot reverse it, even if your credit card is no longer active.
- We will notify you if goods are returned to us that are not in their original and undamaged condition (including damage during shipment back to us). In that event, you can choose to have the item sent back to you upon your payment of shipping costs. Otherwise, we may discard the item within 10 days of receiving it and you will not receive a refund.
- Fifth and Ivy is not responsible for packages lost or sent to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. Please review your mailing address before you purchase.
Please note: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strive to ship orders within 2-4 business days and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
